Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard UK shipping & returns on all orders over £100.

For international orders we ship with UPS or DPD and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All taxes on European orders are covered by us. So there should be no fees to pay on arrival.

There may be import taxes to pay on international orders if you purchase from outside the EU.

For orders under £100 in the UK the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We will always use the most reliable and affordable service we can.  

All our packaging is reusable, recycled and/or biodegradable. 


We want you to love your bag as much as we do. But if it's not quite right you can return your bag to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The only circumstance when this is extended is during the holidays. However, bags must be returned no later than the 5th of Jan. 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. On UK orders over £100 please contact us and we will send a label so you can post your bag back to us free of charge. If your order was under £100 you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If your order was placed from outside of the UK then you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To return your product, you should mail it to: BearMade, The Cottage, Lofthouse, HG3 5RZ.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gift returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
